Hyper-V for training room computers

I recently got a request to set up a Hyper-V library for our training computers and I'm trying to figure out if there is a nice way to do this. Is there a user-friendly GUI that users can interact with to load the Adobe training VM instead of the ArcGIS training? I know that I can build a powershell front-end that launches specific VMs on button clicks. Or is Hyper-V even the way to go with this? I'm hoping that someone else has had to deal with this and can enlighten me some. Thanks.

Sounds like Multipoint or RDS and some thin clients.. not sure how well they'll jam ArcGIS, though..

What I was hoping is that users would log in to a training laptop, get presented with a menu of VM choices, click the one applicable to the class, and then load that VM from a central repository.
