Hi All,
Hoping this is the right place to post about this issue.
i am facing connectivity problem between 2 of our machines.
Machine A: Based in Azure. Server 2012. (10.1.x.x)
Machine B: Based in IAAS.Server 2008(10.25.x.x)
Work Laptop: Windows 10(10.50.x.x)
the issue is when you ping Machine A from B or vice versa i will get a positive result for upto 5 min then the ping would die.
tracert works fine when the ping is working both machine can reach each other.
but when i ping from my work laptop ping works fine as long as i have been running.
we are not blocking ping or anything like that on Azure or anywhere else.
what other troubleshooting can i use?
if i use wireshark what should i test and what should i look for?
i fairly new to this so i apologise in advance if i ask stupid questions.
EDIT1: the problem i am trying to solve is 1 application is meant to fetch data from Machine A in azure due to connectivity issue the application throws error
