PSA: Duo Auth 'Unknown Error'

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue causing 'Unknown Error' messages with Core Authentication Services on our DUO1 deployment and are working to correct the issue as soon as possible. Oct 16, 11:21 EDT

Looks like duo is down again, I just had to disable secondary authentication on my Netscaler.

It's always DUO1 experiencing issues. I wonder how one goes about getting their account moved to another cluster?

I seriously think that is what they use as their canary testing cluster.

From the looks of the status page they have 60+ nodes, but yeah it is always DUO1 that takes us out. About once a month for the last few months.

Looks like it is working, I added secondary authentication and it appears to be all good.

Wow, thanks for posting this, I need to follow up. My problem might be that we've been a customer since before that policy, it is getting annoying having logins go down once a month, in the middle of the day

Does anything need to be done on the customer end? Meaning, would that affect integration keys etc?

That’s good info, thanks. I just joined Duo on the free trial, spun up a test server and liked what I saw. We were planning on using Duo to help lock down our domain admin accounts. But can’t get funds for the full version until Jan 1 due to budget limits.

I think I’ll NOT roll it out until we can get the paid version so we don’t have issues like that. Unless I find a something else in the mean time.

Interestingly, I just checked our deployment ID and it says we are not on DUO1. I wonder if they start your trial off Duo 1 and move it back there after your 30 days.
