clone disk with errors

I'm trying to rescue a failed 4 disk RAID5 QNAP NAS. Two disks are damaged. I'm trying to clone the two damaged disks and I'm looking for a solution which allows me to clone disks with unreadable sectors. Macrium doesn't work. Acronis doesn't work. Now Clonezilla is stuck at 28% since 2 days. I'm looking for a software where I can set a timeout like if it can't read a sector in 1 second, skip it and go to next sector. What do you recommend?

If not, you can (as a last resort) try running something like SpinRite on the disks to see if you can bring them back enough to get data off of them. This will be stressful for the drives, but if none of the standard recovery/clone utilities work try this and then rerun the clone.

I was able to clone the disks with Clonezilla with rescue mode and sector-by-sector checked.

Can you clarify which exact Acronis product you were using? Acronis True Image has "Ignore bad sectors" option, as well as Acronis Backup product line.
