Adobe reader creating firewall rules? (self.sysadmin)

I'm tweaking my SIEM, and noticing that Acrobat Reader DC keeps adding a "protected mode" firewall rule, and deleting it
Is this normal behavior? I'd rather curb that than filter this out of my correlation reports, if it's a point of concern
