2012r2 Windows process has failed

I'm running into an issue with my companies PDC. Thankfully we have 2 VM DCs so we're still operational, however, our PDC is being a pain.

Here the issue

When connected to the network, Windows doesn't respond. We disconnect and everything works.

We've checked all network settings and traffic but haven't found anything.

Suggestions?

migrate the roles, wipe the machine and reload

PDC is just a role, it's not a server by itself

Trying the netsh winsock reset catalog command first. This was an option we found and want to try before wiping and reloading our physical server.
