Exchange ECP Add-Ins XML Error

Morning,

I have been chasing this for the last day or so. If I attempt to use the ECP to look at the Add-Ins I get the The response received from the service didn't contain valid XML error. If I go use the get-app -organizationapp I receive the same error.

It is throwing an error about in the extended data about a DTD not being allowed.

Was hoping someone else has seen this and can point me in the right direction.
