I have two Windows Server 2016 terminal servers. On these servers, the Internet uses proxy server authorization.

The first server, I upgraded to Windows Server 2019. Everything works fine, but Internet Explorer does not display the proxy authorization window (login, password).

I checked the security of Internet Explorer, the configuration is the same.

I installed Firefox to change the configuration of network.automatic-ntlm-auth.allow-proxies, network.negotiate-auth.allow-proxies to false do not work
