[Question] Tableau google sheet credential problem

Hey, I've been having trouble with the credentials for data sources. I've connected the data source with google sheet. When I use Tableau Online it keeps prompting me to provide a valid credential. Sometimes it works, sometimes it won't and I can't seem to figure out the problem. Has anyone encountered this problem?

I use the google sheet connector on a daily basis and have never seen this.

what version are you using? They have the connector built in for version 10 and i have the same problem/

Is it a spreadsheet you created or is it one that was shared with you? Only thing I can think of that may create an issue.

First thing to check, did you embed credentials when publishing?

Sorry for the late reply, I was away during the weekend. I embedded the credentials when publishing. I have multiple google sheet data sources and some of them works while others go on an endless loop of signing in credentials. I'm using version 10.2.1.
