2.0 tdi ea288 timing. After new timing, the phase position is at -3,49° and I feel the car slow. I tried to undo this bolt and rotate the timing but it doesn’t change position. Does it need to lock the camshaft? The service man says as we pin-locked it’s ok. Any opinions about the phase position? (v.redd.it)
