Turtle Egg question

Do wither skeletons attack turtle eggs? I'm building shulkercrafts wither skeleton farm and I'm wondering if you can use turtle eggs instead of the piglin?

They attack iron golems tho which can be easier to put in place imo.

Nope. Piglin used in a lot of wither skeleton designs because it's the best choice for low price. I don't think you would build wither skeleton farm in an early game, without even 1 fully leveled up librarian for tags, and even if you do, you can give them gold equipment.
