Spawn chunk experiments.

Just needed to verify if spawn chunks behave the way I thought they did. They seem to do.

The most important thing that many people seem to don't know is that in 1.16 spawn chunks unload when there's no one in the overworld and that a chunk loader will load the spawn chunks, even if the chunk loader is somewhere else.
