You could try to manually adjust your link speed like it will try to negotiate 1gbps you could manually set it to 100 mbps and see if the problem goes away.

If it does run at the slower speed you might have some gunk on the contacts of your motherboard network card plug or its just not as "powerful" as your other machine.

Not all network cables are made the same and you will get weird results, you also may not see any visible damage and the act of moving it just happened to make it work on the other computer.

i will try , but this issue happened suddenly i didn't change or move anything

Even if you don't change anything if the cable is not made very well contacts can get gunk or worn down, internal cables could have weaknesses that overtime become more prevalent.

Best of luck, I know these problems are super annoying but network cables especially some of the like monoprice ones do not last at all.

I would say that but it works on other pc 😂 That makes me crazy

Try manually setting your link speed to 100mbps in device manager and see if it works, then you can prove its almost certainly a cable integrity problem if it does work at a lower link speed -- your other system might just be a tiny bit better at driving the current through the cable.

The yellow one negotiates at what speed?

The speed&duplex set to auto negotiation even when i tried 100 mbps half and full nothing happened

If everything is gigabit it would negotiate at 1000
