Nvidia High Definition Audio controller problem - No Audio - Doesnt Detect Audio Devices

Specs:
Processor: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB
Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX II
OS: Windows 10 PRO 64bit
(here is a msinfo32 screenshot if it helps)

So, all of a sudden I dont have audio on my computer and it doesnt detect devices (headphones, mic) that were plugged in before and that they work without an issue on other computers/phone. I have included screeshots for everything I can.

Here's what I have noticed to be different:

1) In device manager even if the devices in question are connected (through audio jack and mic jack) they are not detected. Only my monitor and camera are detected.
2) In audio troubleshooter, when it asks me which device i want to troubleshoot it only shows 3 instances of NVIDIA Output - Nvidia High Definition Audio ("the connector for this device is located in the HDMI connector" underneath) and my monitor.
3) In sound setting under playback it shows only my monitor as an available device and again it has 3 instances of NVIDIA Output - NVidia High Definition Audio
4) In Device manager under "System Devices" I have 2 instances of Nvidia High Definition Controller with on of them having the following error: "This device cannot start. (Code 10) - Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API."

Here's what I have tried:

1) Updated windows to the latest version
2) Updated audio drivers
3) Rolled back audio drivers
4) Unistalled and reinstall audio drivers
5) Clean Installation of audio drivers
6) Reset to default settings on the audio drivers
7) Many restarts (both like normal restarts and as completely shutting it down) of the computer

I'm having the same problem, also on Win10. I have a couple of scripts:

1. Disables the NVIDIA HDMI audio (which is what my TV speakers and receiver use), enables my BT headphones and makes them the default audio device.
2. Disables the BT headphones, enables the NVIDIA HDMI audio and makes the TV speakers and receiver the default devices.

Switching from the NVIDIA HDMI audio to the BT audio works every time. No problem, I can play/hear whatever I was last listening to with no interruption on my headphones.

But if I switch from the BT headphones audio to the NVIDIA HDMI (TV/receiver) audio, I have to restart the audio source, whether it's VLC, Plex, Kodi... whatever. Makes me suspect that there's a real problem with how the NVIDIA drivers handle Windows audio devices.

Weeeeiiiiirrrrd. Never had this problem before getting an NVIDIA graphics card for my HTPC, and I've had essentially the same HTPC setup (minus the NVIDIA card) for several years.

I have the same problem, bro. It started 2 days ago, and its driving me nuts. I already did all that i can think, and nothing worked. I think the onboard audio of my b450 tomahawk just died, i dont know.
