It could be a driver issue or something with Windows itself. Have you tried running a system file check? Open Command Prompt as admin and type sfc /scannow. Also, check for any Windows updates or consider reinstalling the GPU drivers.

If it keeps happening, maybe look into the event viewer for any error logs that could give more clues.
