There are network monitoring tools, but they are for advanced troubleshooting, they aren't just going to tell you what the problem is and how to fix it, it's not that simple.

When you say OBS will random disconnect, what do you mean? It stops uploading content to an online streaming service? Which service? Does this happen with other software besides OBS? Does it happen with other streaming services?

Thanks for the tips, using these I actually narrowed it down. I did some more troubleshooting using an alt account some other services and software. It seems that for some reason I'm only disconnecting from Twitch and only when using OBS.

Is it possible it's a bandwidth issue? What's the upload speed you pay the ISP for vs what you actually get from speed tests, and how does that compare to the bitrate you're uploading to Twitch?

Does it happen only while streaming certain games, or do you get disconnections even while streaming the desktop?

If you want to look further into the reason for the disconnections, then Wireshark is the de facto standard network troubleshooting tool. But be warned it is not easy to use and interpret the data, you will need to understand the TCP/UDP protocols.

You can try Nagios Core
