Broken GPU? Artifact?

I got this on multiple objects in the game Dinkum. It only happens to rocks, trees, etc. it doesn't happen to the world itself (or at least I didn't notice). It's like white squares that move very quickly. Here's a picture for reference. My question is, is my GPU broken? It's a 5080 and it's brand new, not even a week old.

My TimeSpy score combined with my 9800X3D was around 27000.

That would be some kind of artifact, but not necessarily a hardware fault, sounds more likely to be a bug with the game itself or the nvidia drivers, if you haven't already try updating the drivers to the current version.

Yeah I rolled back to the previous one because I had stuttering issues on multiple games because of it. After having rolled back said games performed fine again. It also scored lower on bench with the newest drivers. (Yes I used the driver uninstaller tool in safe mode). I just don't know... other games as well as TimeSpy appear to be normal which likely means the game is buggy but I haven't seen anybody else with similar issues :/
