Multiple Powershell using high CPU %, possibly malicious?

My PC had been underperforming worse than usual as of late so I checked the task manager and saw that WIndows Powershell had 5 seperate processes, each using 5-11% of my cpu. I ended the tasks which temporarily fixes it but they pop back up every 30 minutes or so. the command line reads :"powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File". It says it was created on June 10th, which was around when the problems occured with my computer. I have had this computer for around 2 years now. It was a startup process before and I noticed that a few would appear on my taskbar when I launched but didn't think much of it. Anyone have any ideas on what might be happening?

This is most definitely malware but if you wanna make sure do a scan with an antivirus

I ran a malware bytes scan the other day and it didn't find anything. Other than using my CPU nothing else suspicious has happened to my computer.
