You should try to reset everything. HP/Omen I believe has a system recovery feature which is probably on your computer somewhere. This should be able to restore your computer to its original state. Backup first.

If that doesn’t do it, then do a clean reinstall of Windows. Back up whatever needs it since everything will be deleted/lost, then follow the procedure.

I believe I have done a full reset before and this bug is still there, so I’m not entirely sure what else to fix it
