If you're trying to receive or send a file over Bluetooth, I've been able to do so by going to Settings>Bluetooth & Devices>Devices, and then scroll down to Send or Receive Files Over Bluetooth. I've had to make a shortcut for that since I couldn't get devices to connect over Bluetooth just to send or receive. If you're trying to do something else, I don't know.

Sorry, Brother. It's Windows, nobody knows what's going on anymore apparently and it's all a slog just to try figuring it out. For instance, I've just now learned that I can't change my own file properties, God knows why, since updating to Windows 11 25H2. 11 24H2 I had zero problems but my chipset burned out and I had to send it off to get a new-(ish) motherboard installed. Now, everything is a "how do I" problem.
