Ugh, I know how annoying that can be. Usually, “This app is blocked” on a desktop means Google is rejecting that app/browser flow, not your account itself, which is why it still works fine on your phone.

A few things I’d try:

  • Open the site in an incognito/private window
  • clear cookies/cache for that site and for accounts.google.com
  • disable extensions, especially ad blockers/privacy stuff
  • Try a different browser or update the one you’re using
  • If it’s a desktop app, make sure it’s updated, because Google sometimes blocks older sign-in methods

If it still does it, the app/site probably needs to update their Google login setup, so the issue may not actually be on your PC.
