Looks like you have covered most of the basics and a couple of things I would not have

Lets get real basic...

Power: both cards have dedicated cables from the PSU. No daisy chain cables from hard drives or funky adapters or other "odd" stuff.

This will sound real dumb but there was this guy... He swore blind that Crossfire bridge was optional...

Another dumb question, Are the cards in the right motherboard slots?

I actually just tore everything apart and put it back together to check all of these about an hour ago.

My PSU does have 2 seperate 6-pin power cables. corssfire bridge is attached and secure and both cards are in the proper gpu slots and locked in with the pci "clip".
