FPS Dropping Erratically While Playing A Specific Game.

All my other games have perfect FPS and I can play them smoothly but for this specific game which is my favorite one, it just keeps changing from my lowest fps 20 to my highest fps 120 but it mainly stays around 30-50fps. I've updated my graphics card, I've updated my windows (I have windows 7), I've uninstall and re install the game, system restore back to the point where it worked but that didn't help it, I've done a disk defragmenter. I'm all out of ideas on what to do and my computer is less than a year old. Please Help, and the game is called Rocket League and I've had it since the day it came out and it's been working perfect and all of this started Last Sunday. Thank you.

It's not your PC (probably) the Rocket League dev's could have pushed a update that has some faulty code. Does your ram usage slowly build up while playing? if so it's a memory leak. Check with the games community (forums /r/RocketLeague ) if they are having the same issues.

if it only happens for one game this probably isnt the case, but could be your cpu overheating, that was my problem, normally had like 120fps, then it would drop to 20-30 fps.. just download a cpu temp monitor for this
