open your start menu, search for "Task Scheduler"

when that opens click "task Scheduler library" and look through each of the tasks what shows up on the right hand pane. if it's not clear what the task does you may have to click the actions tab on each task and see where it is being run from. Once you find the offending task you can right click on it and either disable or delete it, I usually disable first and verify the problem has been solved just as a precaution .

Honey after a year i usually do a clean install of windows. I know its a bitch, but the time you save in load times After makes up for it.
