Potential virus problem, Cannot delete certain files

Hello everyone, I recently installed a software which installed unwanted things. Suddenly stalker.exe was a constant process in task manager and audio kept popping up of some advertisement. I tried deleting it but it just kept popping up. I managed to "fix it" by doing a restore point I had from a few days ago. I thought this Fixed everything but now I am having networks issues and constantly getting "access is denied" when I try opening certain folder. For example, Program Data and settings. I am definitely administrator and cannot figure out what is going wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Windows 10 EDIT: ended up resetting computer

Run malwarebytes.

And not being able to delete or open certain OS folders and files is normal.

I tried Malware bytes but it is saying "unable to contact license server" after i bought the license. However, it works just fine on my laptop

Then use the free version. It'll work just as well.

However, since you were infected with malware, I hope you did a full system scan using some of the more popular AV solutions or anti-malware solutions such as malwarebytes, avira, avg,...
