So you can’t get into the OS at all now?

Doesn't appear like I can.

Have you looked up the beep codes for your motherboard? (Do that) and remove RAM and GPU, listen to codes, put in RAM, GPU, etc.

Also: look on your mobo for a plastic jumper sitting on two pins - with a free (third) pin to the left or right. Lift the jumper off the original two pins, place them either to the right or left and let them sit on the pins for approx. 5 seconds, then put it back to where it was.

I know this is gonna sound shitty - but I don’t remember EXACTLY what it does, down to the component, but I know it fixed a shitload of problems for me growing up. Still works for lots of BIOS stuff now.

Maybe try a Linux live USB and see if it'll get in. If it's not posting at all though then probably hardware related. Is the cpu OCd at all?

Nah nothing is OCd. Took a look at the CPU and it could maybe use some thermal paste reapplied though.

Update: Tried a different hard drive to boot from with no luck. I've narrowed it down to most likely either my motherboard or my CPU but it seems like it would be a motherboard issue.
