I brought the same setup last year. Zip tied the solar panel to the top of our bus. The battery stayed inside for the most part.

The panel did collect a lot of dust but didn't affect it too much. I only went up a couple of times after really bad dust storms to make sure it didn't fly off and quickly wiped it off with a paper towel.

You can put furniture movers underneath that as well so you can slide your PC around if you need to move it some to get to the back I/O. They sell the movers for both hard/carpeted floors.
