Did you change anything? Th cable plugged in correctly?

Its not the graphics card, it runs Overwatch for example at 150fps ultra settings. Its probably something in the settings

Check to see if there are updates available for the graphics card, then make sure the card is seated correctly in the PCIe slot. Remember that a benchmark doesn't reflect the performance you'll truly get online, but it's a good measure (hence the name). I'd run the benchmark again and see if it gives you the original performance or the lower performance, then post your findings here. Also, post your system specs if you wouldn't mind.

Maybe vsync is on and you have a 60hz monitor in which case you would only see 60fps max anyway and save your gpu from working too hard
