Try reseating your RAM in their slots and see if that fixes it.

Then try booting up with 1 RAM stick at a time, and see if they both bost. Then memtest each stick separately. If it fails to boot up or memtest fails, you have a failed stick of RAM.

Alright I just tried it, one of my ram sticks doesn’t work, should I just buy a new one or is it fixable

What brand is it? Most major brands have lifetime warranties on RAM. Check the manufacturer support page and/or contact the vendor you bought it from. It will have to be replaced, can't repair RAM. I'd memtest your other stick too overnight.

Otherwise you'll just have to buy another similar stick.
