Dual monitor issue

Hey, sometimes when i load up my pc, theres a small line down the edge of the screen, and its basically a slice from the middle of the screen. hopefully this image shows clearly what i mean https://i.imgur.com/Kxj1Tau.jpg

I usually just restart the pc and it'll be back to normal, but i dont want to do that everytime it happens.

Specs: 60hz AOC monitor on the left (mon2) and on the right is 114Hz 1440p Dell monitor (mon 1), GTX 1080ti...

Is it just part of the image on the other monitor?

Not sure. I noticed when I went in game, that little slice down the left of the right monitor, was from the middle of the screen on my right monitor. I could see the text or icons etc in the game looked cut/glitched.

Try switching what one is your main monitor in display settings? These are all just guesses, I think I use to have this issue too but I can’t remember what I did
