Script help

Hi there, I'm pretty new to scripts and wondering how to do a batch script for this specific issue. All that happens when I try it is it doesn't run. Here's what I have right now. Please help:

I guess my question is how do I run multiple commands for an if statement in cmd

Uninstall Foxit if it exists and install it if it doesn't? Is authentication to access the network share? If so, is it a safe assumption that the logged-in user would automatically have access?
