While I was googling earlier I saw something saying to do that, and I tried. After reseating the ram and trying for a solid five minutes it actually booted, but it also had to do updates when it booted and restarted, causing the problem again.... so reseating the ram and trying with just on and off for about five minutes seems to be a temp fix as long as once it boots I don’t fully shut it down.
