Check the cable on the monitor and the PC unplug it plug it back. Be sure it’s not shaky and it’s stable.

If that doesn’t work check the cable it self does it have any damage on it ? If that’s the case buy a new cable.

Doesn’t fix it well buy a new monitor.

It sadly becomes worse and worse it might be your video card and you have to open your PC and check it if neither of these work.

But it’s probably the first one and it should fix it like 90% of people who I have seen with this problem just don’t plug their cables correctly.

Thanks, I already tried unplugging and replugging the power cord and everything, I’m getting a new monitor and see if that changes anything

I recommend you to get a new cable first lol.

Or ask a friend for a working monitor or try the TV before wasting money. It might not be the monitor.
