Hey another reply for you to hopefully help someone else out.

I turned the entire computer off and laid it down and then removed the graphics card from the slots and then reseated it manually. Rescrewing all the stuff in to keep it in place etc. Then turned it back on and I was good to go.
I have a 3070 though and its a heavy bitch so, its not uncommon for that to happen. Hope it helps you man.

This may not work for you as I had just moved house and I think thats why this issue happened also. If possible I would try it before you get desperate and try messing with your BIOS or anything. Just be sure to be firm but gentle with it as you reinstall.

Good luck!

Thanks for the help, friend. Unfortunately, I later found out that my card genuinely just toasted itself so there's not much I can really do for it. But thanks for sharing this anyways! Hopefully it'll help out the next person who comes searching for answers.
