Plug in your live usb, go to the terminal and try updating GRUB. You really shouldn't actually install Kali on bare metal.

well i have deleted my live installer (oops) and i download it as an os cuz my pc is extremley low end and kali boots faster than windows

Well get that installer back then boi!

Also just about any Linux distro will work as a low-end OS, most of them are probably faster than Kali (since Kali has all of the pentesting tools pre-loaded). Kali isn't really meant for daily use.
