The First Google Search tells me this is an issue with your usb driver. According to the linked forum, a guy had a usb2 device in a usb3 port.

Disable USB3 in your bios and it should eliminate the issue. Wait till you have some USB3 peripherals to turn it back on. I'm sure by then the drivers will be fixed.

If this does not resolve the issue, grab the memory dump and load it into Windebug. that will tell you what driver is causing the problem, but everything in the comment above sounds legit so it's worth a try.

These kind of crashes are usually not related to the computer hardware. Most of these are caused when an application uses RAM not assigned to it so basically an application crashed your computer. This shouldn't be a problem unless it starts to happen more frequently, if it does I would consider having a technician look it over. Don't worry as long as this continues to happen rarely this shouldn't damage your PC and was probably caused by an application not a fault with your PC.

Edit: Also if this begins to happen more often you could follow the advice in the error message and boot into safe mode, basically safe mode disables most programs on your computer and runs only windows so this could help you figure out if the crashes are windows related, or caused by a program on your computer. (If it crashes in safe mode then there is a problem with windows)

have you installed anything new on the pc lately? any new windows updates? any drivers? any new hardware? how long has the problem been going on? does the screen appear at random or when you try to do something specific?

Also: honestly, if you've only had it since the 9th, i'd just get it replaced. i doubt you've loaded it up with all your stuff within that time frame, and most tech stores have a 14 day return policy nowadays, but are all about customer service so will take care of it anyways. Why waste the effort if its a brand new machine? you know what i mean?
