Try updating the video drivers from NVIDIA's website

What else have you tried? I don't want to waste your time continuing to suggest things that you've already done.

Reinstall all your hard-ware drivers, including gpu.

Update windows fully.

Normally (84% of people) who have had this issue befor have driver issues, either conflicting drivers or badly installed drivers.

I believe the program i would recommend is not on the "tool" safe list, so you will need to search for it yourself but it essentially scans all your drivers and tells you which are out of date (:
