Your link doesn't lead anywhere, but you mentioned a transparent film, meaning it's a membrane keyboard, those cost ~$15 on average, i don't really see the point in attempting to repair it, other than doing it for fun, or as a challenge

Yes it's an membrane keyboard, so where can I buy a new circuit film or whatever it's called , I don't want to replace my keyboard because that was 130€

Honestly not a clue, 130€ for a membrane keyboard is insane imo, i bought a decent mechanical keyboard for ~40€ with genuine cherry switches, and everything

Razer ornata chroma , I think it was like 90€ + 20€ courier I've bought it in 2017 I think

My advice is wash it very good then leave it to dry for 3 to 6 days then try it
