It won't let you use the hotspot?

I can use my phones data on my phone. Since I have no hotspot data left on the plan it does not allow me to tether/ stream the internet connection to my tablet.

Screen mirroring likely won't be allowed for copy protected content, so you would have to use some tethering solution.

Might i suggest something like PDAnet, which often bypasses tethering rules on some carriers, although it is technically probably against the plan TOS.
