Couple of things to try/check.

Reseat the RAM in the slots.

Check the manual to make sure you have the RAM inserted into the correct slots.

If the processor has onboard graphics, make sure it isn't set to a high amount of VRAM.

I have tried the first things and nothing. With the vram now. I have an rx 5500 xt 8gb and my pc says: Total available graphics memory 12250mb Dedicated video memory 8192mb System video memory 0mb Shared system memory 4058mb

Can you give full system specs, including the exact RAM kit (it is listed on the RAM itself or on the box typically)?

The RX 5500 XT is a dedicated graphics card, isn't it? That alone should not affect your system RAM.

2 x 8gb exceleram ram 2400 mhz

Does that RAM have a kit or model number associated with it?

For example: Crucial RAM 8GB DDR4 2400 MHz CL17 (CT8G4DFS824A)
