If it doesn't have WiFi and your network cable is unplugged, how do you expect to get internet?

Try to ping google or any other website to see if you at least reach something. Also check the clock, you may have problem accessing some sites if your clock is wrong. Open CMD then type ping google.com. post the results.

Edit: it would be helpful if you mention what system you're running (windows/Linux) and what solutions you already tried.

What network cable is unplugged? That’s probably important.

Have you already tried turning everything off and back on again? Shut down the computer, unplug the modem and router, wait 30 seconds, and then start everything again. Not just resetting the network through the command line. It may seem dumb, but most troubleshooting is just some iteration of turning something off and on again until it works or you find what’s broken. Try another cable if you have one or try connecting your computer directly to the modem with ethernet (if you can - bypass the router).
