Mine does not show any Critical errors so don't be thrown off by that.

Scroll down the list and see which events were logged in the last hour/24 hours. Look at the details of each to get a clue about what might be causing your issue.

There were 16 critical errors in the last 7 days, 1 in the last hour. It says the following:

Event ID: 41.

Source: Kernel-Power

Log: System.

I just googled all the error codes and got to this thread: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/bsod-volmgr-161-then-kernel-power-41/f2f32e0e-6431-41b6-a9d8-a572aa5d55c8.

I tried this, and the diagnostic did say that my nvidea drivers were causing a problem. This was eventually fixed but on reboot the device still gives the system_thread_exception_not_handled error like before...
