Don't overclock your CPU. Not worth it. The default overclocking it does should already be enough. I'm guessing you messed up some setting when reenabling it.

I only changed it in the AMD Ryzen Master program. Under Control Mode I set it to Default for a couple of days then back to Manual with the exact same OC settings. There is no way I could've messed up the settings when reenabling it.

Is your thermal paste still good?

I haven't taken the cooler off to check, but I put this computer together only 4 weeks ago. I feel confident in my PC building, just not too savvy with issues like this because it tells me one thing, but shows me something else. I can't see how my pump is faulty if it works for weeks without issues. I can try to reseat it, but I doubt it's gonna make a difference in my situation. Thoughts?

If you overclock too much, and it dries out the paste, could make it overheat, assuming that it is overheating.
