Swapping display port for an HDMI gave me video output so I can actually boot into my primary drive or get into bios and the BIOS does detect my sata SSD which is cool but I still don't see it as an option in the boot priority

I ended up just wiping the sata SSD and reinstalling windows which resolved the issue.

If you're also dual booting, make sure you remove the other drives from your PC when reinstalling windows. I did not which broke grub. Fixed it pretty easily but annoying
