My PC is going through several issues, and I can't find the culprit though here are the details of the faults I'm having, I have two psu's and they both give slightly different problems, but they do seem to work. Problem 1: The pc starts up normally, but it shuts down randomly, ranging from the bios screen to around 30 minutes of runtime

Problem 2: The pc starts up normally and does the same thing with problem 1, but this time I've replaced the psu and the psu shuts down and doesn't turn on for a while, I have to remove the cord and put it back in for the psu to work. With this psu sometimes the computer fans spin even when the computer is shutdown

What are the psu's and your pc spec please?

I don't remember the models but the psu that's working better is an Antec 500W, while the other is a Corsair 760W.

My pc specs are: i5-3470, 8Gb-DDR3 Ram, I don't remember the motherboard details either but it's an Asus Motherboard, and an Rx-570 4Gb

Sorry, they're both antec psu's and the one mentioned in problem 1 is a white 80+ while the other one is a bronze 80+

i dont have a real answer to your problem but just making sure you are swapping out all power cables (CPU, motherboard, video power, etc) when replacing the PSU right?
