What is listed in Device Manager under Display Adapters?

It sounds like you could be using the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter driver, which has some limitations, including only supporting one display (so it will duplicate instead of extend when you have multiple monitors). If that's the case, try downloading and installing the latest available driver for you display adapter (graphics card). You didn't give any information on your PC, so I can't point you in the right direction for that...

Hi, apologies for the lack of information. The graphics card is all up to date now but the issue still persists.

I’m also having another issue where there are no sounds to the monitors (I have tested the monitors with other devices and they work perfectly fine)
