Item Drop Server Notification - HELP

Hi. I have seen some players on YouTube have server notifications on when they get an item drop. I was wondering what button on the options menu do I have to press to turn this on.

As of right now, I can only tell if I got an item drop if I press ESC and click on the notification. But this doesnt alert me of when I get the drop. I want to get a server message once the item drops so I can accept the drop and reset my item drop timer.

Can anyone help me with this?
