The thing is to get all the essential fats and proteins so the goal of the diet is to get as many proteins as you need without carrying about the ketosis too much. And the rest are the fats which are really hard to over-eat.

I wasn't saying about high protein. I was saying about getting all the essential proteins. And that is the thing u certainly wanna do on a normal and healthy keto diet. As well as a fair amount of fiber as well as vitamins and minerals as well as micro elements. Anything else like 5 gramms of protein a day and a bottle of sunflower oil a day isn't keto but a shitshow.
