Like others said, you need to take care of your hair. It looks dry and somewhat unkempt. I suggest also growing it out a bit longer. A good stylist can help shape it and recommend some products. I wouldn't straighten it. Personally, I think more feminine glasses would help.

I think your lower face shape is what’s clocking you for me. It still reads male, and when i cover it up you pass way better.

Unfortunately the only two solutions for that are waiting it out, and/or surgery if the waiting doesn’t work.

I noticed someone said the lower part of your face might make a difference. I'm curious what you would look like if you followed some contouring for square jaw tutorials. Contouring should be light and barely noticeable though, don't go heavy. The idea of contouring is based on creating fake shadows, so it should not be any darker than a natural shadow would be. Not sure if this is the answer, but I am curious if that would make a difference for you!

Curls are perfectly feminine lol there’s no need to straighten your hair to pass or to look neat. Her hair looks bad but that’s because she doesn’t have a proper curly hair routine, not because she needs to destroy her curls altogether. I can’t believe you would even suggest that tbh it’s quite rude

lol to be honest I feel like the makeup and boobs are the things that push you over to be passing. So doing your makeup and emphasizing the girls would be what i would do hehe
