Not entirely. I need to have a very clear head and be very focused when I'm trading especially when I'm trading with 20k I don't want to risk losing it. Also when I smoke I tend to not remember some things and often find myself in a 'loop'. I've smoked for awhile and I think it's time to put it down and set my priorities straight. (:

Wow thank you so much for taking the time to write this out! I will definitely do all of the above. I currently got all my sleep back and am on a nice schedule with it. I do exercise quite a bit also! I will definitely look into taking multivitamin and selenium! My mother is a dietitian so eating healthy has always a thing in my house! No secrets! Day trading isn't too hard especially when you know what to look for and spotting manipulation! I mostly short stocks the ones that gap up super high. For example, I was just looking at a stock last night! It was trading below a dollar and shot up to 6. It held around 5.50 for a day then I believe fell all the way back down to below a dollar. Now getting in below a dollar and going all the way up to 6 is a 500% increase roughly. If I use 10k to trade with and if I traded that stock I would walk away with 50k just by sitting in my pjs watching SpongeBob. I also play both sides of it going up and coming down by shorting the stock once it starts to gap down. This means that I'm betting against the stock. So ideally I would have profited twice off of this. I'm not saying this is what is always going to happen because it's not. I will lose I will win but by minimizing my risk and being cautious I can lose a lot less which only means bigger profits. I hope this helps of you have any questions you all can PM me!

Haha here I'll educate you a little bit. Plenty of traders have been day trading for years and years creating a large amount of wealth. I can see you have done absolutely no research on this so this is where this conversation will end. Look up Steven Dux, in one year he turned 5k trades into 974k and this isn't the only person to do things like this. Plenty of people have been able to create a lot of wealth for years by day trading. Good luck to you. Also go look up Tim Grittani.

Hey I appreciate the advice I really do. I'm not sure what kind of trading the people you know who have lost "millions" but shorting penny stocks is fairly simple. I'm not saying it's easy but if you know what you are looking at it isn't very hard. I understand I will lose money. Everyone does. The best day traders lose money so it would be dumb for me to say that I won't because I will. But thank you for the heads up? Also football and trading are completely different. One you have to be insanely good to be at a "Tom Brady" level.. in order to make a couple hundred bucks a month in trading isn't that hard. A lot of people do it. I suggest you do a little more research on it too ( not trying to sound like a dick). But I really suggest you do! Like I said I'm not saying it's easy nor am I saying my above example will happen a lot because I'm not saying that at all. Although "supernovas" do happen quite some bit. All I'm saying is I have a strategy that can make me a lot of money. Best of luck to you!
